What is the minimum order for custom merch?
Fifty units per item is the standard minimum, and that is where volume pricing starts to make sense. The price per piece drops as the quantity climbs. Need fewer than 50? Say so in your quote request and we'll tell you exactly what's possible: smaller runs are priced as an exception, not the standard.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes. Schools, districts and companies with a purchasing office order this way every week: we send the quote, your office issues a PO against it, and production starts. Net 30 terms are available for schools and districts, and a W-9 is available on request. Companies can also pay by card or check.
How fast will I get my quote?
Quote by the next business morning: usually same day. Send the product, the quantity and your artwork or logo, and you get an itemised, delivered price plus a free mockup. Prices quoted are guaranteed for 30 days. Working backwards from an event date? The deadline calculator shows the last safe order date.
Can I see a proof before I pay?
Always. Nothing is produced until you approve the mockup, and the mockup is free: there is no artwork or proof fee to see your logo on the actual product. You can also lay the design out yourself in the design studio first. Once you sign off, every piece is inspected before it ships, and if it doesn't match the mockup you approved we reprint the affected pieces free.

How does custom merch pricing work?
Every order is quoted, because the price moves with product, quantity, decoration method and the number of print locations. Quotes are delivered prices: US shipping to one address is included, so nothing lands later.
